To look around in the Scene, place your mouse cursor over the scene, and drag to rotate your view
Adding a Scene
To add a Scene, click on the 'Add Scenes' button on the bottom left corner of the editor
Upload or select a 360° image from the media gallery and press the 'Done' button
Updating a Scene's background
To edit a Scene, click on the 'Edit' button of the corresponding Scene at the bottom of the editor
Deleting a Scene
To delete a Scene, click on the 'Delete' button of the corresponding Scene at the bottom of the editor
Renaming a Scene
To rename a Scene, click on the name of the corresponding Scene at the bottom of the editor, and enter a name of your choice
Rearranging your Scenes
To rearrange your Scenes, drag the Scene thumbnails to the order of your choice at the bottom of the editor
The leftmost Scene will be first Scene that visitors will enter when they visit your tour
Setting a Scene's starting view
The starting view determines the angle of the Scene that viewers will see when they first enter the Scene
To set a Scene's starting view, drag the Scene's view to your desired spot, and click on the 'Set as Starting View' button at the top right corner of the editor
About Markers
Markers are interactive points that you can place around the scene
There are 5 different types of Markers, to learn more about the different types of Markers, click on each of their corresponding category in the FAQ
Adding a Marker
To add a Marker, click on the button with the Marker type of your choice at the side panel on the left of the editor
If you are prompted to select a media file, select or upload the media file, and press the 'Done' button
Deleting a Marker
To delete a Marker, click on the Marker in the Scene, then click on the 'Delete' button at the bottom of pop-up panel
Moving a Marker
To move a Marker, click on the Marker in the Scene, then click on the Move tool on the pop-up panel
While the Move tool is active, click and drag on the Marker to move it around
Rotating a Marker
To rotate a Marker, click on the Marker in the Scene, then click on the Rotate tool on the pop-up panel
Click and hold on the '+' and '-' buttons for each type of rotation to rotate the Marker
Scaling a Marker
To scale a Marker, click on the Marker in the Scene, then click on the Scale tool on the pop-up panel
Use the slider to scale the Marker up or down
Setting a Marker's icon
To adjust a Marker's icon, click on the target Marker, then click on the 'Customize Icon' button to select or upload an image of your choice
To hide a Marker's icon, click on the target Marker, then click on the 'Remove Icon' button
To show only a Marker's icon, click on the target Marker, then toggle the 'Icon Only' checkbox
Updating a Marker's content
To update a Marker's content, click on the target Marker, then click on the 'Update Content' button to select or upload the media file of your choice
Setting a Marker as non-clickable
To set a Marker as non-clickable, click on the target marker, then toggle the 'Clickable' checkbox
About Navigation Markers
Navigation Markers allow viewers to navigate to the scene of your choice
Setting a target Scene
To set a target Scene to navigate to, click on the target Navigation marker, then select the Scene of your choice from the dropdown menu
About Image Markers
Image Markers allows you to place images inside the Scene
Viewers may click on Image Markers to view the image in a pop-up modal
About Video Markers
Video Markers allows you to place video files inside the Scene
Viewers may click on Video Markers to view the video in a pop-up modal
Configuring video options
Autoplay: Sets the video to play automatically when the viewer enters the scene
Loop: Sets the video to loop when playback is complete
Mute: Mutes/unmutes the video
Chroma Key: Applies a chroma key on the video, and masks out the color selected
About Audio Markers
Audio Markers allows you to place background music and sound clips inside the Scene
Viewers may click on Audio Markers to listen to the audio
Configuring audio options
Volume: Sets the volume of the audio clip
Autoplay: Sets the audio clip to play automatically when the viewer enters the scene
Loop: Sets the audio clip to loop when playback is complete
Positional: Toggles the 3D positional mode for the audio clip
Persistent: Sets the sound to persist between scenes. This is useful for creating background music throughout the entire project
About 3D Markers
3D Markers allows you to place 3D models inside the Scene
Only .glb models are supported currently
Viewing 3D models in Augmented Reality (AR)
To place and view a 3D model in AR, visitors can first access the tour on their mobile browsers, then click on the 3D marker to view the model
An AR button will appear that the visitors can click on to start the AR experience
About Embedded Markers
Embedded Markers allows you to embed websites, HTML, and Javascript inside the Scene
Why does my URL not work?
When a URL does not load, it is likely that the web domain does not allow cross origin on embedded links
If you own the domain, you may remove the 'X-Frame-Options' header from your web server by referring to this document by Mozilla
The Minimap allows visitors to get an overview of your project's Scenes
Setting the Minimap's background
To update the Minimap's background, click on the 'Minimap' button on the top right corner of the editor, then click on 'Change Background', and select the image of your choice
Hotspots
About Hotspots
Hotspots are interactive shortcuts that can be placed on the Minimap
They function the same as Navigation Markers, and allows visitors to quickly jump to a Scene of your choice
Moving Hotspot
To move a Hotspot, click and drag on the target Hotspot around the Minimap
Updating Hotspot Icons
To update a Hotspot's icon, click on the target Hotspot, click on 'Customize Icon', then select the image of your choice
General
Updating the Project's name
To update the Project name, click on the 'Settings' button on the top right corner of the editor to open the Settings panel
The Project name can then be updated using the 'Project Name' input field
Public Project Link
To share your Project, copy the auto-generated link by clicking on the 'Copy' button under Public Project Link
Public Project links can also be customized by clicking on the input field
Live Project Session Link
Projects can be guided as a live session
You may invite your visitors by generating a session link and sending it to them
Embed Project
To embed your Project into other websites, copy the auto-generated embedded iframe code by clicking on the 'Copy' button under Embed Project
Controls
Camera Settings
The camera rotation is inverted by default to provide a natural dragging experience
You may invert the camera rotation by toggling the 'Invert camera rotation' checkbox
Zoom Settings
To enable/disable camera zoom on your projects, you may toggle the 'Enable zoom' checkbox
The default zoom level determines the Project's starting zoom level when entering Scenes, you may change the default level by selecting the options under the dropdown menu
Privacy
About Privacy
Email whitelisting options can be enabled for your Project
Enable/disable email whitelisting by toggling the 'Enabled' checkbox
Enable/disable OTP verification by toggling the 'Require OTP' checkbox
You may add/remove emails to be whitelisted under the input field
You may also whitelist emails under a specific domain by adding an asterisk before the email domain e.g. *@domain.com
Previewing your Project
To preview your Project, click on the 'Preview' button on the side panel on the left of the editor
Saving your Project
To save your Project, click on the 'Save' button on the side panel on the left of the editor
Publishing your Project
To publish your Project, click on the 'Publish' button on the side panel on the left of the editor
Changes made will be saved and published to the public Project.
